In January 2020, Dillon and Audrey founded our brand and started offering customized designer slab services on Instagram, designed to enhance the individuality of each card and enable customers to showcase them in the best possible way.

Our dedicated clientele quickly recognized our commitment to providing exceptional products, and we soon expanded to TikTok Live under the handle @NewtroGamingStudios (NGS).

By providing a wide range of Trading Card Games, including popular titles like Pokemon, One Piece, and Weiss products, NGS quickly became a hit among collectors. Within a short period, NGS clinched the prestigious TikTok’s Top Seller competition, becoming one of the biggest Trading Card Game accounts in Singapore, with over 18,000 followers and 17,000 products sold.

At Newtro, we strive to be a one-stop shop, offering a range of services, such as live-breaking of cards, grading, designer slab services, and consignment services, all tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

To ensure that our clients, local and international, receive the best possible care, we established this website and Asia Authenticator Grading Ptd. Ltd. (AAG) in early 2023, dedicated to providing the most friendly, accessible, and approachable grading and consignment services.

In July 2023, the physical TCG shop for Newtro Gaming Studios officially opened its doors.

Audrey

Audrey, a Singapore-qualified legal consultant for high-end luxury brands, top 3 insurance companies, award winning gaming companies, global leaders in transport; and more, brings a wealth of legal knowledge and expertise to the team. In addition to her legal background, Audrey had pursued her love of art in school, and, at a local art gallery, her oil painting, Portrait of Anne Hathaway, was sold to a private buyer at a remarkable price. Her expertise in artistic composition has been essential to the development of Newtro’s designer slab service. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence are evident in every aspect of the bespoke designer slab service, and has enabled her with the skills needed to spot "BGS Black Label" potentials when pre-grading cards. Audrey also shares Dillon’s love for Pokemon cards and gaming, which has given her a deep understanding of the industry and its unique challenges. She is an avid lover and collector of all things Pikachu.

Dillon, with his background in accounting, brings a meticulous eye for detail to the business, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. In addition to his background in accounting and his love for Pokemon cards and gaming, Dillon also has experience in acting, modelling, and semi-professional PC gaming. Dillon’s experience in acting and modelling has given him a keen eye for aesthetics and presentation. His charismatic personality captures the viewers attention and creates an exciting and friendly atmosphere, which has been crucial in building the Newtro brand. Thanks to Dillon’s multifaceted background, Newtro has been able to create a unique brand that stands out in the industry. With Dillon’s contribution to the team, Newtro is well-equipped to continue pushing the boundaries and setting new standards in the industry.
